Last updated: 2025-02-02

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Camera Access

The app requires access to your device’s camera solely for scanning QR codes and barcodes. We do not record, store, or upload any images or scan results to our servers. All scanning occurs locally on your device.

1.2 Device Information (Non-Personal)

We may collect non-personal data such as app performance information, crash logs, and basic analytics (e.g., device model, OS version). This data is anonymized and cannot identify you.

1.3 Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

If the app uses advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdMob), they may collect advertising IDs, approximate device information, and interaction data for ads. Collection follows each provider’s privacy policies and Google Play requirements.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected data only to enable scanning features, improve performance, analyze crashes, and support advertising functionality. We do not sell or share personal information.

3. Data Storage & Security

We do not store scanned content or images. All scans are processed locally. Any non-personal diagnostic data is handled by trusted third-party services following strict security standards.

4. Permissions We Use

Camera Permission

Used only to scan QR codes and barcodes. No photos or videos are saved.

Optional Storage Permission

If the app supports saving generated QR code images, storage access may be required. We do not access unrelated files.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted partners such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Crashlytics. These services handle data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such data, please contact us for removal.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the changes.
